Tanki Online - Maps - BerlinThe Berlin map on Tanki is big and is best played with a minimum of 12 people otherwise you could spend a too much time hunting down enemy tanks. The default for a Control Points and Catch the Flag games is 18 players on each side, which gives you an idea of the scale of the Berlin map, compered to many others.
The blue team flag is quite oddly positioned, and unless you know the map reasonably well, you may not be able to find it when you really need to. The red team flag position on the other hand is far easier to locate. There are seven Control Points but for some strange reason there are none on the western side of the map, where it is possible to fit at least another two. There is just one bridge on the Berlin map, which is not used much in the Control Point games but features more in Catch the Flag, Death Match and Team Death Match battles. Berlin is a dream for long range weapons such as Shaft, Railgun and Vulcan in team games but the shorter range weapons such as Freeze, Isida, Firebird, Hammer and Ricochet get the best value in Deathmatch battles. Berlin is available to players who hold the rank of Sergeant Major and higher in the Ranks Structure. Tanki Online - A Quick Tour of Berlin MapBelow is a "Real Time" tour of the Berlin Map, showing the flag positions and the routes between the two. It also shows many of the supplies drop points along the way.
Booster Drop Zones on the Berlin MapBelow is the plan of the Barda map showing all the booster drop locations. The Berlin map features a good number of boosters, and it needs to being so large. An impressive 14 Speed Boosts will see you make your way round the map quickly and as there are more Double Damage boosters than Double Armour boosters, there are plenty of kills to be had here.
Having four Repair Kits on Berlin is reasonable to keep the 'kill' figures high but perhaps one more near the blue team flag location would have been useful, seeing as the red team flag has two of them in close proximity.
