Tanki Online - Maps - Industrial ZoneThe Industrial Zone map is a medium sized map that is great for Catch the flag, Control Points, Death Match and
Team Death Match games. In my opinion it is also one of the hardest to play in the early part of a career as it is somewhat complex with it's range and type of features. What stands out about this map when you play is that is likely to be the first map you have seen where you can actually go inside a building, a two-story building at that. The blue team flag is hidden inside one of those buildings while the red team flag is outdoors partially obscured by some old tin sheds. From the battles I have played on this map it appears that most do not defend the blue team flag, waiting for the enemy to grab it and try to stop them out in the open terrain. Although the odd mine may be strategically placed. The red team flag often seems to be better defended but sometimes not by much. There are five control points located around the map, with most of them in the southern half of the battlefield. Two of them in the open ground outdoors, with three more in the two buildings on the south side of the map. One is positioned on a lower floor just up a small ramp in the building to the east. One replaces a double armour booster on the second floor in the same building and the final control point is across the bridge on the upper floor. All turrets can find their place and role on the Industrial Zone map and the likes of Ricochet, Railgun, Thunder, Firebird and Hammer can rule the roost. In the north east and north west corners of the battlefield there are two towers where railgun, shaft and Thunder can cause some real problems for enemy tanks. These towers are accessed by steep and narrow ramps which are perfect for laying mines to slow down or destroy enemy tanks that are trying to get to you. Industrial Zone is available to players who hold the rank of Master Sergeant and higher in the Ranks Structure. Take a quick tour of the Industrial Zone MapBelow is a "Real Time" tour of the Industrial Zone Map showing the two team flags, routes between them and supply drop points. Keep an eye out for the Mosque with a blue door and dome.
Booster Drop Zones on the Industrial Zone MapBelow is the plan of the Industrial Zone map showing all the booster drop locations. There are three repair kits on the map with one of them high up on the tower adjacent to the red team flag, which is far from convenient. One of the three double damage boosters is up the ramp at the other tower in the north east. There are two double armour boosters quite close to the red team flag position and one more inside the building where the blue team flag is located. The three speed boosters are positioned towards the outer edge of the battlefield with one near the red flag position, another in the north half of the map near the eastern tower and the third is in the south, just to the eastern side of the building that houses the blue team flag.
