Tanki Online - Maps - MolotovMolotov is a fairly small map on Tanki Online with lots of small wooden huts and larger stone buildings scattered around with a railway track diving it almost in half.
The Molotov map is very well suited to all game modes - Catch the Flag, Control Points, Death Match and Team Death Match. Catch the Flag is especially good as it is possible to sneak up on the enemy base undetected and either go for a smash and grab raid, or create havoc and destroy the defenses first. There are three control points with one in the centre of the battlefield and the others in the opposite corners to the team flag positions. A large proportion is set on low level terrain but there is a small raised section in the south which connects to another raised section in the north east by a narrow footbridge. There is another smaller bridge to the west for either team to access the enemy flag or one of the control points. The two outer edges of the battlefield are favourite for launching raids on the flags. Molotov is available to players who hold the rank of Warrant Officer 1 and higher in the Ranks Structure. Take a quick tour of the Molotov MapBelow is a "Real Time" tour of the Molotov Map, showing the flag positions, the routes between the two and most of the supply drop points along the way.
Booster Drop Zones on the Molotov MapBelow is the plan of the Molotov map showing all the booster drop locations. There are four double armour boosters in play with two in each half, on either flank. The same applies for the two double damage boosters. The two repair kits are in a central location but one of them is on top of a hill leaving you somewhat exposed to enemy fire. There are four speed boost positions, one behind each flag and one near each of the repair kits. These last two speed boosts are replaced by control points when the game is in that mode.
