Tanki Online - Maps - TributeTribute is a small map that is great for Catch the flag, Death Match and Team Death Match games. Control Points can be great fun and these make for perfect targets for sniping weapons like Shaft, Railgun and Vulcan. Tribute is one of those maps that is available to players with at least a little experience and provides a good introduction for what is to follow. There are lots of buildings all round the map which is on two levels. There is a long bridge on the west side of the map with navigable terrain under. There is a much smaller bridge to the west where the low level comes to an end. This low level terrain is not often used by players with most of the battles taking place in the central ramp.
All the smaller turrets Firebird, Freeze, Hammer, Isida, Smoky and Twins typically score well if they use a reasonably fast hull and Thunder on a medium to heavy hull can be deadly, as can Smokey. Tribute is quite an odd map in as much that all three Control Points are in sight of each other, and all in the same half of the map. This does however help to make battles more intense when more experienced players are in attendance. While the small tanks are fighting over control of the points, snipers might be able to pick off individual tanks from the western half of the map, which is on higher ground. Tribute is available to players who hold the rank of Warrant Officer 2 and higher in the Ranks Structure. Booster Drop Zones on the Tribute MapBelow is the plan of the Tribute map showing all the booster drop locations. There is just one Repair Kit, which is located on the long bridge to the north. The two Double Damage boosters are withing sight of each other and not very far apart but the four Double Armour boosters are nicely spread out.
